TNS Diesel Repair, LLC – Invoice Terms and Conditions

1. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to service, all invoices are due upon receipt. For clients with approved credit arrangements, invoices may be payable within 30 days (Net 30) from the invoice date as specified on the invoice. Any deviation from these terms must be documented and signed by an authorized representative of TNS Diesel Repair, LLC. Failure to adhere to the agreed payment terms may result in suspension of services or additional fees.

2. Late Payment Policy
A 5% late fee will be assessed on any unpaid balance starting 45 days after the invoice date. If payment is not received by this time, the late fee will be applied and will continue to accrue at a rate of 5% every 30 days thereafter until the outstanding balance is paid in full. This late fee is intended to cover the administrative costs and financial impact associated with delayed payments. Customers are encouraged to make timely payments to avoid additional charges. Any disputes regarding charges must be communicated promptly as per the billing inquiries policy.

3. Payment Arrangements and Partial Payments
Unless expressly approved in writing by an authorized representative of TNS Diesel Repair, LLC, payment arrangements, installment plans, or partial payments are not accepted. Full payment of the invoice balance is required by the due date to avoid late fees or service interruptions.

4. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following forms of payment:

• Credit Cards
• Bank Transfers
• EFS (Electronic Funds Source)

5. Billing Inquiries
Inquiries or questions about billing can be directed to tnsdieselrepair23@gmail.com. If a phone call is deemed necessary, arrangements for a call can be made through email correspondence.

6. Collections
In the event an invoice remains unpaid for 180 days from the invoice date, TNS Diesel Repair, LLC reserves the right to initiate collection efforts. The customer agrees to be responsible for all costs associated with the collection of unpaid invoices, including but not limited to collection agency fees, attorney fees, and court costs.

7. Service Call-Out Charges
All service call-outs are billable, including situations where no repair or work is ultimately performed. The time will be charged at the applicable hourly rate based on when the service call was initiated—standard business hours or after-hours rate, as defined by TNS Diesel Repair, LLC’s current pricing schedule.

8. Terms Subject to Change
TNS Diesel Repair, LLC reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always apply and is available upon request. It is the responsibility of the customer to review and understand the terms in effect at the time of service.

9. Acceptance of Terms
By paying our invoices, the customer acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If the customer does not agree to the terms, they must notify TNS Diesel Repair, LLC in writing prior to making payment.

Additional Notes:

• No Deposits or Pre-Payments: TNS Diesel Repair, LLC does not require      deposits or pre-payments for services rendered.
• No Cancellation Fees: Service call-outs are charged regardless of whether      repairs are performed, as described in clause 7.
• Invoice Disputes: All invoice disputes must be raised promptly via email. See Clause 6 for collections and related actions.
